Information for scheduling deliveries to your job site.
Listed below are various guidelines for ordering materials to your job site. If you have any questions please give us a ring at 1300 BRICKS .
Your order will be confirmed within 4 business hours of your request. This will include a confirmation that stock is available and a scheduled delivery date and time.
Typically, orders received before 12pm on any business day will be available for delivery 3 days later. In some circumstances, we may hold off on delivering your order until all materials are in stock.
The night before your scheduled Delivery Date, you will receive an SMS informing you of your 4 hour delivery window. On the day itself, you will receive another SMS when your driver is on the way.
There must be an individual on your job site to accept the delivery and sign for it.
On rare occassions where your order is incomplete or requires products to be returned, our office will contact you to arrange a similar Delivery Date. On this date, your driver will arrive to collect any products within a 4 hour delivery window.
